Shipping + Returns

Shipping is via first class USPS or UPS unless otherwise notes. First class shipping generally takes anywhere from 3-8 business days, but can take longer, and a specific ship delivery date is not guaranteed unless pre-arranged with Louie Loose Leaf/Nancy Nikko Design.

Louie Loose Leaf/Nancy Nikko Design. does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized items. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, we will happily refund or replace any item(s). Please send an email with explanation to info [!at] LouieLL.com before returning. Damaged items must be reported within 1 week of package delivery and a photo for insurance purposes may be required.
Items that are non-personalized may be returned with the return shipping at the customer’s expense.
